General Warranty:
ELEVATE provides a Limited Lifetime Warranty to the original retail purchaser who owns the vehicle, on which the product was originally installed, for defects in workmanship and materials.
ELEVATE'S obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement, at ELEVATE’S option, of the defective product only. All costs of removal, installation or re-installation, freight charges, incidental or consequential damages are expressly excluded from this warranty. ELEVATE is not responsible for damages and/or warranty of other vehicle parts related or non-related to the installed ELEVATE product. This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties expressed or implied. This warranty shall not apply to any product that malfunctions or failures that result from abuse, improper assembly, neglect, alteration, improper maintenance, crash, misuse, or collision as determined by ELEVATE. This warranty may be void if ELEVATE’S parts are combined with other aftermarket suspension parts. Combination and/or substitution of other aftermarket suspension parts may cause premature wear and/or product failure resulting in an accident-causing injury or death. ELEVATE’S does not warranty products not manufactured by ELEVATE.
Installation of ELEVATE product may void the vehicles factory warranty; it is the consumer’s responsibility to check with their local vehicle’s dealer for warranty disposition before the installation of the product. It is the responsibility of the installer and consumer to consult local laws prior to the installation of any ELEVATE product to comply with such written laws.
ELEVATE reserves the right to supersede, discontinue, change the design, finish, part number and/or application of parts when deemed necessary without written notice. ELEVATE is not responsible for misprints or typographical errors within the website or price sheet. For the most recent Product Warranty and Warnings visit our website www.elevatesuspension.com

Fitment:
ELEVATE makes every effort to ensure suspension product compatibility with all vehicles listed on the website. However, ELEVATE reserves the right to update as necessary, without notice, and will not be held responsible for misprints, changes or variations and inconstancies made by vehicle manufacturers. Please call when in question regarding new model year, vehicles not listed by specific body or chassis styles, or vehicles not originally distributed in the USA.
The Tire and Wheel sizes listed in ELEVATE’s website and installation guide are only a guideline for fitment. It is the responsibility of the owner to properly test fit wheel and tire combination to insure proper clearance throughout the suspension cycle and steering. ELEVATE is not responsible for damages to the vehicle’s body or tires. ELEVATE is not responsible for premature wear of factory components due to the installation of oversized tires and wheels.
WARNING:
ELEVATE recommends the installation of products be done by a certified mechanic. If this does not occur, be certain the person(s) installing the product read, understand, and follow all instructions and warnings pertaining to the application before installation.
Installation of most suspension products will raise the center of gravity of the vehicle and will cause the vehicle to handle differently than stock. It may increase the vehicle’s susceptibility to a rollover, on road and off road, at all speeds. Extreme care should be taken to always operate the vehicle safely to prevent rollover or loss of control resulting in serious injury or death. Always avoid sudden sharp turns or abrupt maneuvers and allow more time and distance for braking.
It is the responsibility of the distributor and/or the retailer to review all warranties and warnings of ELEVATE products with the consumer prior to purchase and provide the end user all warning notices, warranty forms and installation sheets included with all ELEVATE Products.
